The Process
Please review the pricing and frame options that interest you. Then complete the INQUIRY FORM. This form allows me to gather the essential information needed to understand your vision. Once submitted, you will be contacted by email with the next steps.
Step 1 — Inquire
Step 2 — Review Feedback, Confirm Your Details and Complete Payment
After reviewing your arrangement, I will email you feedback along with the preservation options that best suit your piece. Once we confirm the details, I will send over an invoice for the full amount, which is due within three days. For last-minute bookings, payment is required in full upon receipt of the flowers.
Step 3 - Drop Off Flowers or Arrange Venue Pick Up
After payment is received, I will coordinate your bouquet drop-off at my studio and send over an email with all the necessary instructions. If you have selected venue pickup, I will send a follow‑up email outlining the coordination details for your wedding day. This will include the scheduled pickup time, the designated contact person, and any instructions needed to ensure a seamless handoff of your bouquet at the venue.
Step 4 - Preservation & Finishing Touches
Once your flowers arrive, the freshest blooms and greenery are selected, carefully taken apart petal by petal, and pressed. After pressing, each flower is meticulously reconstructed and the full preservation process typically takes 3–6 months, depending on the season. When your blooms are restored, they’ll be arranged in your chosen frame and a custom layout will be created. You’ll receive a complimentary design proof with the opportunity to request adjustments. Any subsequent revisions beyond the initial proof will require an additional design fee. Final framing begins once the design is approved. As arranged, your finished piece will be shipped or available for pickup from Pressed & Preserved Petals, with any shipping costs covered by the client.
